What to Expect

How it all works

Every 60 minute SPENGA session includes:

  • 20 minutes of heart-pumping spin
  • 20 minutes of explosive HIIT strength training
  • 20 minutes of invigorating yoga

If it’s your first SPENGA session, here’s what you need to know:

  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in with a SPENGA staff member.
  • Claim your space in the yoga studio.
  • Set-up your spin bike (if you need help, just ask a staff member) and start warming up.

To avoid distractions and ensure a safe and fun workout for everyone, please do not bring cell phones into the studio.


Lockers and WaterWhat you’ll find in our studio

We’ve stocked our studio with plenty of amenities so you can focus on getting the best workout ever.

  • Endless supply of filtered water for refillable bottles. Bring your own bottle or purchase a SPENGA bottle.
  • Yoga mats (you can also bring or purchase your own)
  • Self-locking day lockers
  • Restrooms & changing rooms with complimentary toiletries (showers available at select studios)




Studio InfoWhat to bring to class

For the best experience, we recommend bringing the following items to class:

  • Water bottle (SPENGA bottles available for purchase)
  • Personal sweat towel
  • Yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own)

Since we’ll be switching workouts throughout class, here’s what you’ll need to have on your feet.

  • Spin: Gym shoes or spin shoes
  • Strength: Gym shoes
  • Yoga: Barefoot or socks
