What’s Updog Yoga Workshop

So…you ride and rep like a pro, no doubt about it. But when it comes time to revive, you feel like you’re in over your head? Or you’re an experienced yogi who wants to fine-tune your moves? Then join us for Heather’s What’s Updog Workshop next Friday, October 30th, at 6:30 PM at the SPENGA studio!

This is a one-hour yoga only session, to help improve your practice. Heather will break down the poses, and help you practice them to perfection. If you’re new to yoga, you’ll walk away a better understanding of alignment, posture, cueing, and body awareness. If you’re experienced, you’ll get progressive modifications and options to help grow your practice.
